Difference between prophet and messenger of God
Mr Ahmad Shah,
Muhammad was last prophet but not last messenger of God. Throughout the Quran, God clearly mentions two terms in this regard, “prophet” and “messenger.” Can you show any verse from the Quran that Muhammad was the last messenger of God? In fact, it is very wrong idea that Muhammad is last messenger because after Muhammad billions of people are coming to this world and definitely God mercy cannot be monopolized to Muhammad only.
Many God’s messengers will come after Muhammad as a mercy of God to mankind. All prophets are messengers of God too as they brought a new scriptures but all messengers may not be prophets. Please see here clearly every prophet brought a God's scripture.
[The Quran 3:81] Allah took a covenant from the prophets, saying, "I will give you the scripture and wisdom. Afterwards, a messenger will come to confirm all existing scriptures. You shall believe in him and support him." He said, "Do you agree with this, and pledge to fulfill this covenant?" They said, "We agree." He said, "You have thus borne witness, and I bear witness along with you."
God’s messengers are quite common. See, in a small community God sent 3 messengers. Can you find a verse in the Quran where God says He sent 3 prophets in a small community? Does God say for every community there is a prophet? But God says very clearly that for every community there is a messenger of God.
Dr Rashad claimed he was a messenger of God. He was a strict Quran aloner. He was a strong voice against all forms of idolatry. Additionally he revealed mathematical miracles of the Quran; of course everything comes according to God’s plan.
Those are enough for me to
believe him as a messenger of God. For instance, I am Dr Anisur Rahman but I am
not a messenger of God because I do not get any instruction that I need to
declare that I am a messenger of God.

Can you tell me Dr Anisur how do you know that Rashad Khalifah is the messenger of God? It is stated in the Quran that:
Muhammad is not the father of any of your men, but (he is) the Messenger of Allah, and the Seal of the Prophets: and Allah has full knowledge of all things. (Surah 33:40)
We know that Prophet Muhammad is the last Messenger of God being named by Allah. The name Muhammad was mentioned by God and it is revealed in the inspiration and written in the Quran that he is the Messenger of God. However it is stated in the Quran that some messengers we know and some we will not know:
Of some messengers We have already told thee the story; of others We have not; and to Moses Allah spoke direct; Messengers who gave good news as well as warning, that mankind, after (the coming) of the messengers, should have no plea against Allah: For Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise. But Allah bears witness that what He hath sent unto thee He hath sent from His (own) knowledge, and the angels bear witness: But enough is Allah for a witness. (Surah 4:164-166)
And also it is stated in the Quran that we know the messenger by the inspiration and the Book that was sent down with him as a messenger:
O ye who believe! Believe in Allah and His Messenger, and the scripture which He hath sent to His Messenger and the scripture which He sent to those before (him). Any who deny Allah, His angels, His Books, His Messengers, and the Day of Judgment, hath gone far, far astray.
So please tell me what is the criteria you have for Rashad Khalifah to be the messenger of God and please give your proof?
