Disney World is one of the most
popular theme parks in the entire world. As a result, thousands upon
thousands of people visit the park every year. When you finally get your big
chance to visit this
vacation Mecca, there are a few rides
and attractions that you absolutely must be sure to see.
Mickey’s PhilharMagic
Mickey’s PhiharMagic, which is located in the Magic Kingdom park, is an
absolute must see. This 3-D movie brings the magic of Disney to life and
includes all of the classic Disney characters. This movie is a good
introduction to your stay at the park as it helps set the stage for the
magic that lies ahead.
Wishes Nighttime Spectacular
Cinderella’s castle is the symbolic icon of the Magic Kingdom park, and for
good reason. The castle sits majestically against the horizon and is lit up
in a breathtaking fashion as fireworks explode in the nighttime sky at the
Wishes Nighttime Spectacular. Obviously, you will have to stay into the
evening to catch this show, but you have so much to do at this park that
staying won’t be a problem
Mission Space
When visiting Epcot, Mission:Space is an absolute must. Here, you can choose
from two different 'trainee levels' one for those that are ready to truly
experience how it feels to travel in space and one for those whose stomachs
are a bit weaker. |

Soarin’
Soarin’ at Epcot generally requires a very long wait in line, but the wait
is worth it. This majestic ride lifts you high above the sights, sounds, and
smells of a variety of locations as you soar through the sky. For the
fainthearted, this ride is only a small challenge as you are only lifted
slightly off the ground and are comfortably seated.
Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
If you like big thrills, you absolutely must climb aboard the Twilight Zone
Tower of Terror when visiting MGM Studios. This ride lifts you 13 stories up
the Hollywood Tower and repeatedly lets you fall to what seems like certain
death.
Rockin’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith
The thrills continue at MGM Studios with the Rockin’ Roller Coaster Starring
Aerosmith. This ride is considered by many to be one of the smoothest roller
coasters ever designed, yet it does not fall short of the thrills as it
throws passengers upside down at breakneck speeds.
Finding Nemo The Musical
Finding Nemo The Musical can be enjoyed at the Animal Kingdom park. Although
Disney offers several different musicals, this is the must-see show of them
all as the movie is brought to life in a spectacular performance.
Kilimanjaro Safaris
Kilimanjaro Safaris is enjoyed by the young and the old alike. With this
ride, you will have the opportunity to come up close and personal with a
number of African animals, including lions, giraffes, and elephants. You
will also engage in a high-speed chase as you attempt to thwart the
activities of poachers.
Disney has literally dozens of amazing rides to enjoy and selecting just one
to see is a difficult task to do. Nonetheless, there are a few rides that
should be at the top of your list in order to truly enjoy the magic that
Disney World has to offer.
